6 week courses suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy until due date
Maximum of 8 ladies on each course
Course includes initial 1:1 assessment with a Chartered Physiotherapist
Based in East Dulwich
Expert knowledge and experience treating pregnancy related conditions
1:1 assessment provides tailored exercises to your individual needs.
Referral to other healthcare services if appropriate
Exercises based upon the most up-to-date research and evidence
Extensive experience taking classes for those with a wide range of conditions
