Matwork Pilates: 1-1 and small group sessions - all levels welcome.
Ante natal Pilates: 1-1 and small group sessions - 12 weeks onwards.
Post natal Pilates: 1-1 and small group sessions - from 8 weeks post partum.
Initial 1:1 assessment with a Chartered Physiotherapist.
Sessions available in Chelsea, Wandsworth and Clapham.
